Basu is a WhatsApp business assistant that records sales, debts and reminders from your typed messages and voice notes, and can send reminders and messages on your behalf when you ask it to.
2. Your responsibilities
- Check the confirmations Basu sends. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records.
- Only ask Basu to message people who expect to hear from your business, and never use it to harass or shame anyone.
- Follow WhatsApp's own terms and policies.
3. Plans and payments

4. Availability
We work hard to keep Basu running, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, especially where it depends on WhatsApp or other providers.
5. Not financial advice
Basu helps you keep records. It does not give accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
6. Ending the service
You can stop using Basu at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
